
Our Objective
One day, we asked ourselves what our true purpose was and what our vision of doing things should be. We felt the need to define our identity, to understand what Esobit should communicate and which values truly represent us.
That’s where our journey began.

The start
Before listing our values, we feel the need to share where they come from. They were born from a real experience: three days spent together as a team, taking the time to pause, reflect, and understand what truly matters to us.
The Journey
Those three days allowed us to truly get to know one another. It wasn’t about a project in front of a screen or an upcoming deadline to meet. It was about getting to know the people beyond their roles, discovering who the individuals are that bring Esobit to life every day.
The Progress
We learned what it truly means to trust one another, to listen, and to work together toward a shared goal. That’s how we shaped our Values Charter.
